Digital Well-being and Media Detox

The 3rd LTTA “Digital Well-being and Media Detox” of the Erasmus+ KA210 Youth Small Scale Partnership project “Unmasking the Digital Mirage: Media Literacy in the Age of Fake News” was implemented in Athens, Greece for 3 days (30th January – 1st February 2026) hosted by INPLANET.

Together with project partners from Slovakia (STEP), TCS (Serbia) and Asociata Sustine (Romania), participants engaged in a series of interactive activities that helped them reflect on their digital habits and identities:

Exploring how their online traces shape the way they are perceived and how they can take control of their digital presence

Practicing intentional media use by pausing before engaging with content and questioning the purpose behind each interaction

Creating visual representations of their online selves through collage-making, highlighting the many layers of their digital identities

Learning practical mindfulness‑based strategies to reduce digital overload and build healthier, more balanced tech routines
